Privacy Notice

ALO Management are a small consultancy providing expertise in management systems and support for Quality, Environmental and Energy projects.  During our work with clients we will inevitably exchange personal information.  Without an exchange of information, we could not provide the services to support our clients.  The security and integrity of your information is important to us.  All access to PCs and servers is password protected and even then has limited sharing of data, between clients, designated third parties such as accreditation bodies and ourselves.  This policy explains what we collect, when we collect it, how we keep it secure, how we use it and any limited conditions under which we might disclose your information to others.

When you contact us it is by phone or e-mail.  Phone numbers, addresses, email information is collected and maintained in our contacts list.  This information may be shared between project partners, office staff and our accountants.  

During contract work with one another and under contract we will also collect personal information, such as that commonly seen on a curriculum Vitae, assessment of competency and test results. The information is collected to help perform assessments and write reports.  Client reports, working documents, reference material and e-mails are retained on our servers.

ALO Management will not share your information with any other organisations for marketing, market research or commercial purposes, and we don’t pass on your details to other websites.  We employ the services of an external accountancy and at times such as year end accounts, limited information will be visible. However  the information is shared  through confidentially arrangements, is not disclosed outside of these arrangements and ALO Management retain all personal information.

We do extensive work with clients on their management systems and with the national accreditation body, UKAS, https://www.ukas.com/privacy-policy/.  Consistent with accredited certification both certification and accreditation bodies share personal Information.  ALO Management shares information with such bodies under contract and confidentiality arrangements.  Personal information is not shared outside of contractual partners.
